So, How does Wobot’s Offline Mode work?

Simply put, when you are offline, all you data is stored in a local database. Therefore, the App doesn’t need to call for the data from our cloud servers, all the information is stored locally, on your machine itself.

   It’s like you looking for something in your pocket, and finding it immediately, every time!

Please download/update your Wobot App: 

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=hello.wobot

Special Instruction :

  1. Once the APP is updated, please Log out and Log In again .

Other Settings:

Phone settings to be done to make WOBOT more useful and efficient.

 

These different settings allow you to get maximum benefits out of WOBOT so that you don’t miss any important notification or event.

  1. Notification Setting:This settings will allow the notifications to be on priority so that you never miss any Job Reminder, Overdue Reminder, Notification regarding any chat, Notification for follow up and change status.

So please follow the steps below to do the same:

a) Go to phone settings

b) Sound and notification

c) App notifications

d) Select WOBOT

e) There are 4 options, just allow permission for Treat as priority and Allow peaking.

 

  1. Battery Setting: This setting will allow your WOBOT App, to work smoothly and your phone will treat this on priority.

Please follow the procedure as described below:

  1. Go to phone settings
  2. Select Battery
  3. Select Battery Optimization
  4. Select WOBOT
  5. Select Don’t Optimize.

Miscellaneous Setting:

In case there is some issue with WOBOT and the same is not opening or is hanging. Please try the below mentioned steps:

  1. Go to phone settings
  2. Select Apps
  3. Select Google Play Store
  4. Select Storage – Clear Data
  5. Select Wobot
  6. Select Storage – Clear Data

Now, you are all ready to use Wobot, to the max!
